Event at Plaza Indonesia

HRD Division ethos implement training programs / workshopyang theme "Engineering Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Mapping Competitors' held on 6 February 2010 in Lt meeting room. III PT. Ethos INDONUSA starting at 09.00 until 17.00 hours. Facilitators are Mr.. Ir. Kurniawan's Word, and Mr. M. Si. Adi Abraham Lourens, S. Kom, M. Si From Frasakomunika. The training program was attended by 15 participants consisting of divisions, Operations and Marketing division Ouality Assurance division of PT. INDONUSA.Tujuan ethos of the training is, so that participants were able to analyze the perception of service quality and customer satisfaction.

On March 17, 2010 PT. Plaza Indonesia Realty, Tbk. as the manager of Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center and Plaza Indonesia Entertainment X'nter organized a "Vendor Appreciation Night". On that occasion, the ethos of getting Appretiation Vendor Certificate, having worked for 15 years as a vendor of pest management services. The award was given by Mr.. M. Sjohirin as the director of PT. Plaza Indonesia Realty, Tbk. to Mrs. Endang Muljaningsih as the director of PT. INDONUSA ethos.
